Most installations take 2-4 hours for a like-for-like replacement. System type changes (e.g. electric to heat pump) may take 4-8 hours due to additional plumbing or electrical work.
Do you handle all the rebate paperwork?
Yes. For eligible heat pump and solar installations, we handle all STC paperwork and deduct the rebate from your invoice — you get the discount upfront with no waiting.
Can I keep using my old system until the new one is installed?
In most cases we remove the old system and install the new one in a single visit, minimising downtime. If your old system has failed, we prioritise same-day installation.
What happens to my old hot water system?
We remove and responsibly dispose of your old system as part of the installation. This is included in the installation price at no extra charge.
